I am a hypnotherapist specialising in Past Life Regression, Pain Management and Weight Loss, and I use other complementary therapies to enhance my work.
I have a strong belief in using natural solutions to problems wherever possible.
I am able to treat many conditions using hypnosis, but, as stated above, I mainly work with :
- PAIN MANAGEMENT - it is now commonly accepted that hypnosis is very effective in pain managment.
- WEIGHT LOSS - using the very effective Hypno-Band (gastric band surgery in the mind) and also using conventional hypnotherapy (for those people who do not wish to believe that they have a gastric band fitted) and
- PAST LIFE REGRESSION - Past Life Regression is an exciting trip into your own past lives, unlocking doors in your mind that open up other worlds, worlds that were your worlds in another time. This is a technique which will take an individual back through time to their previous lives by accessing normally hidden memories in the subconscious mind. Sceptical? So was I, until I experienced this for myself! Remember, many of the world's religions believe in reincarnation!

MORE ABOUT ME
Before becoming a therapist, I was a teacher in London for seven years, and then a Headteacher. I have had many years experience in counselling people in both of these roles and my main interest has always been in helping people. I have also worked in a Rape Crisis Centre in Canada.
Education: I have an Honours degree in Sociology and Philosophy, a Postgraduate Diploma in Education, and RSA Certificate in Counselling Skills, and a Hypnotherapy Diploma (with distinction), and a Diploma in Auricular Acupuncture. As well as this, I have qualifications in the field of Human Resources Management. I have attended many courses in education, hypnotherapy and allied fields. My many and varied years in schools dealing with many different kinds of people, make me, I believe, very well suited for working in the hypnotherapy field, dealing as it does, with people with many kinds of varied issues.
